How to Access Your Email

You have two ways to check your email:
Webmail – The easiest way to check your email from any device.
Email Software (App) – Use an email app on your computer, phone, or tablet.

Option 1: Using Webmail (Easiest Method)

  1. Open your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.).
  2. Type this into the address bar: yourdomainname.com/webmail
    – Replace “yourdomainname.com” with your actual website domain.
  3. Enter your email address and password (these were provided to you).
  4. The first time you log in, choose RoundCube Mail as your default option.
    – Check the box to save this choice for next time.
  5. That’s it! Now you can send and receive emails from any device, anywhere.

Option 2: Using an Email App (More Advanced)

You can set up your email in an app on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Step 1: Choose an Email App

Phones/Tablets: Use the built-in Mail app (Apple Mail for iPhones, Gmail for Android, etc.).
Computers: Popular options include Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird (free option), and Windows Mail.

Step 2: Add Your Email Account

  1. Open your chosen email app.
  2. Find the option to Add a New Mail Account (usually in “Settings” or “Accounts”).
    • Enter your email details:
      Email Address: (Your full email)
      – Password: (Your email password)
      Username: (Your full email address)
      – Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomainname.com
      – Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomainname.com
  3. Choose SSL/TLS for security.
  4. If using Outlook, turn off SPA (Secure Password Authentication).
  5. Save the settings and you’re done!

Now, your email app will send and receive emails automatically. 🚀
